Due to COVID interfering with so much production around the world, a lot of garments are sadly out of stock and are being replenished at a very slow rate. Some of our beloved tees and sweatshirts will be restocked as soon as they’re available.


Can you cancel my order?

Yes and no. We are unable to cancel orders involving made-to-order garments because those orders specially made just for you. If you need to cancel an order involving printed goods, jewelry, apparel, etc, please email Olga ASAP at olga@innerpeach.co to see if your order is eligible for cancellation. We are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped out. 


What is your return policy?

Unfortunately at this time (especially with COVID) we are not accepting returns or exchanges. Sorry about that!

Is your website secure? 

Yes, our site is secure. On any page where we ask you to enter your address, phone number or credit card information, we use secure socket layer (ssl) to encrypt the communication.


Tell me about Domestic Shipping.

Sure thing. When checking out, you will have the option to choose which shipping method you prefer. All orders shipped within the United States are sent via USPS First Class, Priority Mail, or Ground Shipping and come with their very own tracking number. Shipping prices are calculated during the check-out process and are based on quantity and your location within the United States.

Orders are typically shipped within five business days from when you place your order and can take up to one week to reach their destination, depending on the shipping method. Thanks for waiting patiently.


What about International Shipping?

We ship all over the world! International orders are also shipped via USPS First Class within five business days. Depending on where you exist in the world, it can take longer than the standard one week for domestic shipping. For example, packages to Australia can take up to 6 weeks! Although we do everything we can to ensure a speedy delivery, once we ship it, it’s up to USPS and your country's postal system. Shipping prices are calculated during the check-out process and are based on quantity purchased and your location. Customs and import duties may be applied to your order when it reaches its destination. Inner Peach Design is not responsible for these fees.


How do I track my order?

Tracking information sent in shipment notification emails may take up to 24-48 hours to update with current location. Depending on where you are in the world, your tracking may not update beyond the USPS origin scan. If your domestic shipment info hasn't been updated within 48 hours of receiving your tracking number, please feel free to contact Olga at olga@innerpeach.co. 


What if it never comes?

As we’re still a fairly small, up-and-coming company, we can’t accept responsibility for packages that have been stolen, mis-delivered, or lost by the occasionally unreliable USPS. If such is the case, please email Olga at olga@innerpeach.co, and we will work with you to find a solution. Please note that we do not offer refunds.


What if something is wrong? Or I want to exchange it for something else?

Should you have any issues with your order, please email Olga at olga@innerpeach.com within 5 days of receiving your order. 

-Regarding made-to-order t-shirts: Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our (the printer’s) part are covered at our (the printer’s) expense.

-We do not accept requests for refunds, but can accommodate most exchanges if contacted within the 5 day window. After contacting us, you have 5 days to post the item with tracking to us to our address. 

-We ask that you triple check our size chart before ordering. Additionally, we cannot accept washed or worn clothing. Sorry, babe.
